I work in the building and I love that they have lunch specials that change everyday. They have a variety of selections and if I want to customize my order they do a great job and have never gotten it wrong. As soon as you come in you get a welcome greeting and I like that I can just go downstairs and get a good plate of food.
Located on the second floor of the Meadow Park Office Building, this lively eatery offers a robust menu with enduring favorites and ever-changing hot-plate daily specials. You can make your own salad at the salad bar or have the staff prepare a fresh and healthy Chef Salad, Cobb Salad, or Grilled Chicken Salad. A variety of delicious wraps will tempt you and include turkey, chicken, bacon, or other choices. A daily selection of soups is advertised on their menu board (my favorite is the potato soup). Hungry for a hamburger? BLT? Veggie Burger? Or, maybe a Philly Cheese Steak or Club Sandwich is what you're craving! Everything is made to order and really good! I like their gyro sandwich a lot, and their french fries are always served nice and hot! Mostly though, I eat breakfast here at least 2 or 3 mornings each week. Their breakfast tacos are very filling and taste great. They sell two breakfast tacos for $3 every Tuesday (Taco Tuesday). Much like a convenience store, they even sell ice cream, cold beverages, cookies, and candy bars for the hungry employees in the building. While the cafe serves mostly tenants in the building, it's worth stopping by if you are in the area. This review might sound like an advertisement by the owner, but truthfully, I work on the 6th floor of the building and always try to support small businesses such as this, particularly when they are so deserving of praise for their good work. Stop by and say hi - the owner and everyone who works at this restaurant is very nice. If you want, you can mention that Jonathon "sent you". This is a great "in building" place to get breakfast or lunch. Service is great. Order breakfast on my way in and it is ready for me when I get there. Call for lunch from my desk and pick it up. Food is good; prices are reasonable. Veggie omelette and turkey sandwich are my favorites.
